During Sunday morning service, our pastor asked a man in his 20's to come before the congregation. This young man was going to Romania on a mission's trip. Then, our pastor asked people that had taught this young man, or been instrumental in his life, to come to the front. I sat in awe as 20 -25 people grouped around this young man. Each holding on to another's hand, we began to pray for this young missionary. I know his calling will not be easy, but he has the strength of mighty men and women of prayer behind him. I rejoice, because I actually saw what "Giving to the Lord" really means, it isn't about money, but about time to train up a child in the way he or she should go.
