Woke up this Family Day morning to fogged up weather outside. -6C, visibility poor, bleary, indistinct, and quite miserable.
My vision may be 20-20, but the fog blurs visibility to a minimum. It behooves me to tread with care and to drive with greater alertness and caution.
As with the reality of life, days on earth veer unpredictably from clear sunshine some days, to whipping winds and wash-out torrents the next, or thick soupy fog overnight. It behooves me to live with care and alertness, trusting my life to the One who daily invites and urges me to hold on to His strong hands through the thick and thin of life's unpredictability.
