We can look to Jesus Christ for whatever help we need in this life. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble” (Psalms 46:1). When we are going through trouble, look to the Lord for strength. “Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore” (Psalms 105:4). Always seek the Lord Jesus Christ.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
