1 Corinthians 15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead (22) For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
Adam was placed in the Garden of Eden to keep, and to guard it. Genesis 2:15 This beautiful garden God had prepared for Adam, a place of beauty, of rest, provision, and a place for fellowship with God. However as we know Adam and Eve succumbed to the snare, and temptation of the devil. Adam failed, sin came into the world. and Adam and Eve were driven out of the Garden. When they ate from the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, they died spiritually. Now they were in that place of spiritual death, separated from Life in God. Spiritual death was passed on to the entire human race. Adam failed in the Garden of Eden. In the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus prayed and overcame His own will. We were dead in trespasses and sins, we needed to be born again, to be translated out of Spiritual death into life. Now because of Jesus, His sinless life, His victory in the Garden of Gethsemane, His sacrifice on the cross where He GAVE His life, and by conquering death, through the power of His resurrection we are spiritually alive in Christ. Because He lives we live! He is the LIFE there is no other way to have Life but in Jesus Christ. Celebrate His Victory.
