If we put our hope in God, we can be assured that he will always strengthen us for every trial we may go through in this world. When we pray, wait patiently on the Lord Jesus Christ. “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31). There are times when trials seem to last forever. It is doing those times we need strength that only Jesus Christ can provide. “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower” (Psalms 18:2).
