Philippians 3:7-14 (NET bible)
Kaiser Permanente used “thrive” in an ad campaign to motivate people to eat right, stay active and aspire to healthier lifestyles.
Our ability to thrive, in this respect, requires more than one meal a day, and variety in the foods we eat.
Our spiritual life is the same. At the least, we must study the Word and pray each day. We should also add to our “spiritual plates”, a helping of daily praise and worship. Our snacks should consist of readings of Christian literature or other forms of spiritual encouragement.
This daily nourishment of the spirit will allow us to transform our thoughts, shape our Godly character and motivate us to obedience.

I love this and can so relate as I am determined to read the bible and Our Daily Bread everyday and have done so and in turn my spirituality has gotten a lot stronger as has my physical body that was in need of real transformation so that’s why it’s so important staying close to God through His word because it’s only in His power that you can be changed from the inside and out and why the scripture Matthew 6:33 is a good daily reminder to seek ‘first’ the kingdom of God and He’ll take care of everything else you need. Blessings…
